    Yoga And Stress Management

    Academic Program: Yoga & Stress Management
    Eligibility:  Higher school or Graduate or Masters
    Duration: 45 days

    Place of study:  Online and on campus

    Introduction:
    Stress management is about attending to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and this course specializes in a multidisciplinary approach to stress management and prevention

    Objective & benefit:
    With the help of this course learn how to put stress behind you with the many aspects of Yoga. Learn to deal with every day stress before it affects you and your work.

    Course Structure:
    The syllabus will cover sources of stress, how to prevent stress, how to De-stress, basic breathing practises, anatomy & physiology, basic medical conditions, contra indications and corrections to yoga practise and also include the background to yoga including the Eight Limbs of Yoga, chakras and subtle energy systems, basic nutrition and knowledge of stress and its effects etc.
